Privacy information to the feedback form
Purposes of processing and legal basis
The personal data is processed for the purpose of further processing the submitted feedback and for allocation to your company on the basis of a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR. Furthermore, technically required cookies are used to provide Microsoft Forms in accordance with Section 25 (2) TDDDG. Further information can be found in the Microsoft privacy policy.
Recipients
The recipients of the personal data are the employees in the sales department, the respective team that works with your company and the management team of the Communardo GmbH. Where necessary, contracts for commissioned processing pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR exist with the service providers we use (e.g. providers of SaaS solutions).
Intention of transfer to third countries and legal basis
We use Microsoft Forms, a service provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, for the aforementioned processing purposes. This company also transfers personal data to Microsoft Corporation (USA) on the basis of the standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c) GDPR).
Automated individual decision-making and profiling
We do not carry out automated individual case decision-making or profiling.
Duration of processing
The feedback is stored indefinitely, but the reference to your person will be removed after 1 year. To do this, we use your e-mail address to assign the feedback to your company and then remove the e-mail address from the data record. It will then no longer be possible for us to assign the feedback to you personally, unless you have entered information in the free text that allows us to draw direct conclusions about you.
Notice of data subject rights
Data subjects affected by data processing may at any time request information about the personal data concerning them and, subject to the statutory requirements, assert the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability. If processing is based on the legal basis of legitimate interest, there is also the right to object. In addition, if data processing is carried out on the basis of consent, this consent can be revoked at any time for the future. To exercise your rights, please contact us using the contact details above.
Right to complain to a supervisory authority
There is a right for every data subject to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR if it is suspected that the processing of the personal data is carried out unlawfully.
