Purposes of processing and legal basis
We process your data to provide you with more information about the apps and/or to enable your participation in the prize draw.
The legal basis for this arises from the performance of pre-contractual measures, or our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b or f) GDPR, where our legitimate interest arises from our economic interest in customer acquisition or customer retention.
Furthermore, technically required cookies are used to provide Microsoft Forms in accordance with Section 25 (2) TDDDG. Further information can be found in the Microsoft privacy policy.

The recipients of the personal data are the employees in the sales and marketing department as well as the product management. Where necessary, contracts for commissioned processing pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR exist with the service providers we use (e.g. providers of SaaS solutions).
Intention of transfer to third countries and legal basis
We use Microsoft Forms, a service provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, for the aforementioned processing purposes. This company also transfers personal data to Microsoft Corporation (USA) on the basis of the standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c) GDPR).
Automated individual decision-making and profiling
We do not carry out automated individual case decision-making or profiling.

The storage takes place 40 days after registration if there has been no response to the mailing. In the case of direct contact, storage is longer, usually up to 1 year after the last contact/last active contractual relationship.
