Scolution Joins the Communardo Group
Dresden / Swabian Hall, April 25, 2024: The Communardo Group continues its growth trajectory by integrating the IT service provider Scolution from Swabian Hall into the corporate group. As a specialist in Atlassian solutions, this acquisition reinforces Communardo’s market position in this crucial growth sector.
Dirk Röhrborn, CEO of the Communardo Group, welcomes this addition: “The Scolution team enhances our Atlassian portfolio perfectly. We look forward to collaborative projects, such as agile working and project management.” With this acquisition, Communardo not only expands its expertise in modern work solutions but also extends its regional presence. Swabian Hall is set to be developed further as a long-term strategic location.
Florian Reingräber, founder and CEO of Scolution, will retain his leadership role. “Our customers, particularly those in the industrial and public sectors, can continue to rely on our quality and familiar contacts. In the long run, they can expect greater efficiency in their projects,” says Reingräber. Additionally, as a new shareholder in the Communardo Group, he will co-manage the joint ventures.
