Communardo Group GmbH has acquired Computas Opus ("Opus"), one of Norway's leading Atlassian service providers. Opus brings a well-established team with nearly two decades of Atlassian expertise, long-standing client relationships, and an excellent reputation in the Norwegian market – strengthening Communardo Nordics' existing presence in the region. Following a transition period, Opus will be integrated into Communardo Nordics.

With the acquisition of Copenhagen-based Aety, the Communardo Group scales its Danish presence and grows to more than 480 employees

The Communardo Group is strengthening its position as the leading Atlassian partner in Northern Europe by acquiring Danish IT consulting firm Aety, headquartered in Copenhagen. The agreement was signed on April 30, 2026. Aety will be integrated into Communardo Nordics and will significantly scale Communardo’s existing Danish footprint — building on the Group’s on-the-ground presence in Denmark with a full delivery organization.

Dirk Röhrborn, Geschäftsführer der Communardo Products GmbH

Dirk Röhrborn (born 1973) holds a degree in business informatics and completed his studies at the Technical University of Dresden and the University of Wales, Swansea. During this time, he worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers in London and IBM Deutschland GmbH in Stuttgart, among others.

From 1997, he worked as a software developer and consultant for Multimedia Software GmbH Dresden (Deutsche Telekom Group), where he headed the knowledge management project area until 2001.

Dirk Röhrborn is a founding partner of Communardo Software GmbH. As CEO of Communardo GmbH and Communardo Group GmbH, he focuses on the growth and further development of the group of companies.

Anje Hickey

Anje Hickey joined Communardo in 2026, with over 25 years of leadership experience in the IT services and software industry. Most recently, she served as CEO of Fellowmind Germany, where her responsibilities included the integration of several companies and the strategic development of the portfolio.

Prior to that, Anje Hickey spent 12 years at Microsoft Germany, including three years as a member of the executive board. In various leadership roles, she managed large organizations in the areas of Professional Services and Solution Sales and supported enterprise and mid-market clients in their digital transformation.

Anje Hickey holds a degree in business administration (Univ.) from Chemnitz University of Technology. She is a member of the executive board of Communardo Group GmbH and Communardo GmbH. In her roles, she focuses on the further development of the service portfolio, enhancing customer value, and the sustainable growth of Communardo.

Tino Beyer

Claudia Lutter

Claudia Lutter has been pivotal to Communardo's growth since 2001. As a business information scientist (Dresden University of Technology) and certified project manager, she has been instrumental in building up the Atlassian business units at Communardo, successfully managing them for years. She then completed an additional diploma in management at the renowned ESMT Berlin in 2020.

Claudia Lutter is the company's Chief Operating Officer (COO) and has been developing the central areas of People & Culture, IT, and Quality & Standards since November 2023. She is also managing the integration processes of the Communardo Group.
In addition to her role as COO, Claudia Lutter she has also been Co-Managing Director of Communardo GmbH since December 2024.
