Your Responsibilities
Participation in group-wide controlling as well as the further development of controlling processes and tools
Analysis of financial data from subsidiaries to support senior management
Creation and ownership of budget, forecast, and planning processes at the group level
Analysis of deviations, development of action recommendations, and communication with relevant stakeholders
Further development of financial reports and implementation of KPIs for group-wide management
Support in strategic projects and M&A activities in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Your Profile
Successfully completed studies in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling, finance, or accounting
2 - 3 years of experience in controlling, preferably in an internationally active company or corporate group
Solid knowledge in financial planning and financial reporting
Analytical mindset, strong numerical understanding, and a structured way of working
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex topics in an understandable manner
Absolutely confident with MS Excel. Not a must, but a plus: Power BI and Lucanet knowledge
Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
