Your role
- For our customers and the consulting team, you are THE person who knows how to tame technology.
- You are an active member of a dedicated support team (2nd/3rd level) for Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and DevOps toolchain.
- You will provide constant support, e.g. in the management of source code and artifacts, as well as the configuration of various CI/CD pipelines.
- Using a variety of data, you analyze errors in software builds, deployments or our tools and find the right solution - sometimes alone, sometimes in a team or together with the software manufacturers.
- As a key role in your team, you always have an eye on future challenges and needs (forecast) of your team. You are also the contact person for customers and the interface to the project management and operations team.
- You are committed to the further development of your working methods, recognize recurring tasks, contribute your own constructive ideas and discuss possible improvements to make your team more effective.
- You are happy to share successes and insights with your colleagues and learn from their experiences.
Your profile and your story
- CI/CD, JDK, GCC and CLI are not foreign words for you, but rather companions and motivators in your daily work.
- In addition to Linux, your toolbox contains a variety of build and deployment tools, e.g. for Java, C++, Node, Python, Docker, Kubernetes or AWS.
- A plus, but not a must: Experience with the support of Atlassian products such as Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence or JFrog Artifactory and Sonarqube - but it is also sufficient if you want to deal with them in depth.
- Ideally, you would like to automate and standardize all annoying rule tasks so that you can focus on more exciting topics with your typical curiosity. With your ability to think outside the box, you can contribute and shape things in the best possible way.
- You are very organized and guide your team through your working day by structuring, prioritizing and planning together.
- Even when things get a little hectic in day-to-day support, you always keep a cool head and your eye on the goal.
- The large, complex and changing environment of corporate IT is exactly what will spark your enthusiasm.
